FOOTBALL DIRECTOR | DAVID SHERMAN With a record of 200+ senior playing games, coaching and assistant roles that includes multiple GF and finals appearances plus team manager roles, Dave Sherman’s values and ethos perfectly mirror MLDFC, and we are excited to have Dave join the Devils as our Football Director for 2024.
A GRADE | HFL | MICHAEL BAWDEN Not only helping bring a 13 year finals drought to an end in 2023, Bawds also lead our A Grade to a Semi Final, and is back for 2024!
SENIOR WOMEN | HFL | RYAN SKOUBORG As previously announced, we are pumped to have Skully on board as a Devil and the excitement he will bring to the female program.
B GRADE | HFL | DAVE GILES Committing again for season 2024, and having made finals this year, Dave and the boys are thirsty to advance next year.
SENIOR COLTS | HFL | SHAUN GOULD Welcome back to the Devils, past Premiership coach Shaun Gould. Having played for and coached senior teams, Shaun’s enthusiasm and depth of knowledge will lift the boys to a new level.
U17 GIRLS | HFL | ALLANI DAWES As we welcome Allani Dawes into her new role as coach, we can’t wait to see what she’ll bring to this exciting young Premiership team. A lifelong Devil, and Premiership player with SANFLW experience, who has already taken on a mentoring role, Allani has proven to be an invaluable part of the club.
JUNIOR COLTS | HFL | BEN NAUGHTON Ben is back for 2024 to continue the growth and development of the U16 program. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for all involved.
U15 GIRLS | SANFLJ | HEATH SANDLAND Continuing from his coaching role in U13 girls, Heath Sandland will be working with Skully and Allani to develop our girls to the next level.
MINI COLTS | HFL | BRAD BURCH Brad is back for 2024! Premiership coach and club legend, Brad will guide our boys again next season. Amazing!
U13 GIRLS | SANFLJ | DYLAN FABER Following his coaching role in U11 girls, Dylan Faber will guide the U13 Girls on their journey for season 2024. After “the funnest season ever” in U11s and a finals berth in U13s, we are sure this is a match made in heaven!
U12 | HFL | LIONEL KERR Lionel ‘Bulldog’ Kerr, following his stellar performances as true grit Devil in his day, has been coaching through the moddies program, and will progress through the U12s in 2024. We have no doubt his stellar background and skills will help bring his team to the next level.
U11 GIRLS | SANFLJ | DARREN TIDSWELL With a football background, and having had a connection with Dyl throughout 2023, Darren Tidswell will step up into the head coaching role for season 2024. His passion and dedication are second to none, which of as we know, is what our littlest juniors love and require. We cannot wait to see what Darren and his team have in store for 2024.
