Welcome back for season 2022, 2021 recruit and third in the MLDFC B&F count, past Glenelg League Reserves player, Declan Carmody.
A hard and strong utility player that can take an awesome specky, Decs is known as one of the hardest working boys behind the scenes. Big on fitness, skill enhancement, working with the U18s and their transition to senior level and club social activities, Declan really has been the full package at MLDFC.
We are very excited to call Declan a Devil again this year ๐น

The Devils are very excited to announce that Max Bawden will return to Mt Lofty for season 2022 after two years away.
Max played his juniors at the Devils while also playing Under 16s and Under 18s for Sturt. Max was the vice captain of the Sturt Under 16s in 2016 and captain of the Pembroke First 18 when in year 12.
Max was a Devs A-Grader in 2018 and 2019, playing his first A Grade game as a 17 year old. Max headed down the hill to play for Pembroke Old Scholars in 2020.
We are very excited to have Max back at the Devs and he is looking forward to being back playing senior footy with many of the lads he played with in the Devs juniors.

Thanks to the persistence of a passionate young Devils supporter, we are giving an early posting of a player re-signing.
Welcome back for season 2022, the 2021 MLDFC B&F and Inter League player, past Sturt player and Devils junior, Harry Weeks.
Harry was a dominant force for the Devils in season 2021. His amazing work ethic, excellent skills and hardness at the contest are highly respected by his team mates.
We are really looking forward to Harry having another great year in 2022.

Kicking off our player signing announcements coming over the next few weeks, is a BIG WELCOME HOME to much loved local boy Damon Petersen ๐ช
Having grown up with the Devils all the way through to senior football, where he spent most of his time patrolling the backlines, Damo has spent the last couple of years down the hill with the boys at Mitcham. He also manages the 24Fit in Stirling, and has been working with the boys over the last few years with their programs. Season 2022 is the year Damo is coming home, and boy are we excited to have him back!
Not only is he back to join the Devs as a player, Damo has been appointed as the Senior Colts Head Coach. We are pumped to see a Devils season with Damo back involved.

MICHAEL STAPLETON & BRAD BURCH PRESENTED BY CLUB LEGEND ADAM TRZESINSKI
With a huge achievement of reaching 300 Senior games for Michael and 300 A Grade games for Brad, to say being a part of celebrating and being able to help honour the occasion is probably the biggest understatement of the year. Two genuinely top blokes and amazing club people, they really optimise the Devs, aptly, just like their guest presenter.
Michael and Brad were presented with a plaque provided by the Lofty Legend Group, their own unique Mt Lofty T-shirt with the details of their big game printed on it, and their playing guernseys signed by their teammates and framed by club champion Adam “Trigger” Trzesinski.
CONGRATULATIONS BOYS! We have loved watching you on field and off at the Devils.
