A Grade were PUMPED for the game against Blackwood this week!
Our young U8’s Devs were too. We had a double header following the A Grade with U8 Black v Green and White v Red taking to the field at Arkaba Oval under lights.
U8 Green made the most of the day and were able to soak up the experience of the whole day 
Congratulations to our own home grown Damon Petersen who will mark is century this weekend as he runs out against Blackwood marking 100 Senior Club Games for the hard working Devil.
A typical strong defender with a reputation to keep the ball out of the defensive 50, who is also known to be repositioned up forward and get the job done, Damo “Damage” Petersen is a great example for our young Devils.
A few years back, Damo suffered a bulging disc and thought he would never play again. His work rate off the field proved anything is possible. Now playing A Grade and coaching Senior Colts he is throwing everything into his footy, and the Devs.
Good luck today mate, with the colts, the As and your own game. Give ’em Hell!

Not long ago this young Dev took to the field in his first A Grade match for the Candy Stripes too 👹
The SA U20s took on Torrens Uni SA U18s and didn’t quite get the choccies on the day, but put on a good show.

It’s going to be a great day at the club on Saturday, with many of our juniors as well as our A and B Grade Men and Senior Women playing at home.
Our Senior Women (sitting second on the ladder) are taking on Blackwood (sitting third) at 5.45pm on Saturday. Make sure you’re there to support them.

Anything but footy gear training has been the theme around the Seniors of late!
It’s going to be a huge weekend at Arkaba Oval, with home games all day Saturday, from U9s to our Senior Men, and our Girls/Women’s teams all playing at home on Sunday!
There are juniors/seniors matches scheduled at the oval from 8.45am to 5pm Saturday, and 8.30am to 3.10pm Sunday.
Most of our Moddies teams are playing at either Arkaba Oval or at Stirling Oval on Friday night/Saturday, so there are plenty of Lofty teams to cheer on locally this weekend.
