Can you feel the excitement building? Our Moddies kick off their 2023 season this weekend!
With four matches at Arkaba Oval on Friday night and another four matches at Stirling Oval/Arkaba Oval on Saturday, there are plenty of opportunities to get along and cheer on our young Devs!
After a two week break for Easter and Gather Round, local footy is back this weekend!
Our U12s kick off the action on Friday night with a Devils duel at home, with our Reds taking on our Whites at 7pm.
Then it’s a big day out at Bridgewater with our U14 Boys starting proceedings at 8.45am, followed by U16 Boys at 9.50am, U18 Boys at 11.10am (playing for the Hutton-Pole and Lane Cups), B Grade at 12.50pm and finishing with A Grade at 2.30 (playing for the Neil Cutting Cup).
On Sunday our U17 Girls take on Onkas at Balhannah (12pm) and our Senior Women take on Ironbank at Ironbank (1.30pm).
Our SANFL Juniors teams’ seasons kick off this Sunday, with our U11 Girls taking on Glenunga away, our U13 Girls taking on Angle Vale away and our U15 Girls taking on Plympton at home.

The Auskick season begins in a few short weeks and we are STILL recruiting for our Mt Lofty 2023 AusKick coordinator. Please consider taking on this role – our community sporting club is underpinned by great people giving up their time to ensure our kids have a fantastic experience.
Auskick is designed for kids 5 to 12 with participants encouraged to have fun and make new friends whilst developing basic football skills. This year’s Auskick will be nine sessions over 10 weeks, May 7-July 9. Dates are below.

So now we have your attention, do yourself and your club a good service! We need trainers, and that’s where you come in. If you, or anyone for that matter, can find us a person that is interested in being a Trainer at MLDFC in the 2023 Season there’s some cold hard cash involved.
T&C’s Apply – Candidate must fulfil the position for the complete 2023 season, they must successfully complete all training necessary (club funded where required) and successfully obtain a SA Government Working With Children Certificate (no cost), Candidate must fulfil roles required for 2023 season for Finders Fee to be paid.
