U15 GIRLS FINISH WITH A BANG

U15 GIRLS FINISH WITH A BANG

After Back2Back Premierships our SANFL U15 Girls were promoted to a higher division this season in a much strong comp, and will likely be one of our only premiership points teams not to make finals.

Boy did they have fun though! A final players and parents dinner on Thursday night at the Club, finished off by their last game and their first win of the season against 4th placed Unley Jets at Arkaba Oval on Sunday.

Winners sure are grinners this week! Well done Devs!

WEEKEND FIXTURES |

It’s FINALS TIME in the HFL Women’s comp, with our Senior Women taking on Blackwood Green on Sunday at 12pm at Balhannah Oval. Our Devs have the double chance, with the winner going on to play top ranked Onka Valley next weekend. Meanwhile, our U17 Girls have the weekend off. Enjoy the well earned rest!

It’s the final minor round for our SANFL Girls teams, with our U11 Girls and U15 Girls both playing at home. Meanwhile, our U13 Girls are playing for a finals berth โ€“ they are currently sitting 4th.

Meanwhile, our HFL Men and juniors are heading to Uraidla on Saturday for another Devils V Demons derby. With four rounds to go, and finals just around the corner, it’s more important than ever to get out there and show our Devs some support.

VALE ALISTAIR WALSH |

VALE ALISTAIR WALSH |

Recently the Mount Lofty Devils U12 White team lost our Assistant Coach Alistair Walsh after a long battle with melanoma.

Having been a part of the team since U8s, Al spent countless hours sharing his knowledge of the game and helping our players grow as a team both on and off the field, always with a smile on his face.

Al was much more than a coach to many of us – our team, club, friends and family have lost a truly great individual. While he may not be here in person to help celebrate our highs and work through our lows, he will have an ever-lasting impact on our team.

With Love and Respect

Lofty Devils U12 White

MLDFC extends our love and support to Al’s family, his team and everyone that knew and loved Al.
