We are extremely excited to announce that Skully has RE-SIGNED with the Devs for season 2026.
After joining Mt Lofty in 2024, he has not only worked with our Senior Womens, but is developing a pathway for our juniors and hopes to extend this into 2026.

It’s Grand Final time for our U12s! They take on Uraidla under the lights at 6pm on Friday night at Uraidla. Let’s pack the boundary with a strong Devils crew and give our young guns the lift they need to bring home the flag!
On Saturday morning, our U16s face Onka Valley in a Preliminary Final at Hahndorf. These teams have been neck and neck all season, so this one’s set to be a thriller. Get to Hahndorf and help our boys fight their way into the Grand Final!
Meanwhile, our B Grade enjoy a well-earned weekend off after last Saturday’s win secured their spot in next weekend’s Big Dance.

An online Grand Final Volunteer Briefing Session has been arranged for Monday 15 September from 7pm to 8pm.

We are seeking between 28 and 36 people across key time slots, and with more than 500 players in the club, it should be easy to fill those spots fast! The roster has been split into playing groups, but please add your name where it suits best.
Why volunteer?
Huge congratulations to our B Grade, who pulled off a 3 point thriller against Blackwood in the Qualifying Final on Saturday. They’ve now booked their spot in the HFL Grand Final on 20 September – lock it in!
Commiserations to our A Grade, who fought hard but went down to Lobethal on Sunday by 21 points. The boys were in it until the final siren. While their season ends here, they can be proud of a terrific 2025 campaign.
Our U18s also bowed out on Sunday after a 15 point loss to Onka Valley. Well done on a fantastic season boys – plenty to be proud of.
Meanwhile, our U16s went down to Mt Barker by 30 points on Saturday, but they’re not done yet. They’ll take on Onka Valley in next weekend’s Preliminary Final at Hahndorf for a shot at the big dance.

MLDFC have taken out the coveted Owen Lamshed Club Shield Award for 2025 💪
Based off wins in juniors through A Grade in HFL, this is a testament to our entire club’s program. Well done Devs!
The last Div 1 Club Shield for the Devils was in 2006.
Accepted by President Chris Illman at HFL Senior Presentation Night, Wednesday 3 September 2025, who referenced U14G & U17G Premierships in already in 2025.

Finals fever continues for Mt Lofty, with two teams in Qualifying Finals on Saturday and another two teams in Semi Finals on Sunday.
First, our U16s take on Mt Barker at 9.40am on Saturday at Lobethal Oval, followed by our B Grade V Blackwood at 12.40pm.
Then on Sunday, our U18s take on Onka at 11am at Blackwood Oval, followed by our A Grade at 2.30pm.
Get out there in your red and white and help our boys keep their 2025 season alive!
