Join us at Heathfield Oval on Monday 5th February for an important Your Brain Health (YBH) concussion session as we head into season 2024.
All players, parents, coaches, team managers and community members are welcome. Liz Jemson-Ledger, Neurological Physiotherapist from YBH, will be discussing what concussion is, and how it has evolved, as well as why YBH exists and what they offer all Mt Lofty FC players with baseline and player management post (suspected) concussion.

- When: Monday 5th February
- Time: 6.30pm for a 7pm start. The session will run for about an hour, with question time afterwards
