We are very excited to announce the newest addition to the Devils family, our Senior Women’s head coach for season 2024, Ryan “Skully” Skouborg.
An experienced coach of over 10 years, Skully’s most recent appointments have been at South Adelaide’s SANFLW program as an Assistant coach to the League team and Head Coach to the Reserves 2023 Premiers.
His player, program development, game and club attributes all align to the culture and ethos of Mt Lofty District Football Club seamlessly.
Please join us in welcoming Skully to Mt Lofty Devils Football Club.
A big year for our Senior Women going all the way to the GF, with two champion coaches leading the way. Stepping away for season 2024, we thank you for all the time, effort, love and dedication to our footballers development both on and off the field.
See you around the club boys!
Be ready for some news for the announcement to come for their replacement Devs
Congratulations on an amazing season to our Senior Women. A superb effort to make the Grand Final this year by our Lofty Ladies and they played an excellent game.
Out played by the best team of the year, the Devs put up a great fight.
With the depth of U17s coming through next year and the rest of our juniors moving through, we cannot wait to see the future of these Devils. Watch this space!
Congratulations to Will “Turn tables” Turner who runs out for his 50th senior game for the Devils this week against Echunga.
Will started his football career in the junior ranks at Ironbank, eventually making the welcomed switch to join the Devils in 2018. He showed a high level of football ability straight away playing up a grade throughout his juniors, eventually playing a major role in the back 2 back U18’s Premierships, including as the captain in 2020.
Will has always had a strong presence on the football field, a hard-nosed inside midfielder with a high football IQ, a hunger to win the ball and a piercing left foot kick, he has been an exciting talent to watch in the red and white.
A Devil through and through, Will has also spent a season coaching and developing one of our U14 sides. He is always supporting the club on and off the field.
Congratulations on the 50 games Will, give ‘em Hell mate!
