Congratulations on a great season with Sturt FC to our three Devils Charlie Fryer, Thomas McCourt and Ned Walter.
Playing in the penultimate match of the season for the reserves today against Norwood, we are super proud of these lads. Whilst they didn’t get the choccies on the  day, they put in a cracker effort.
Congratulations to James & Thomas Ryan who have been allocated and performed their duties in the B Grade Grand Final on Saturday as first year boundary umpires, doing so in the HFL on the weekend. What an achievement 💪
With a large number of our juniors pulling on the greens this year for the first time, we are sooo proud of all of you for putting your hands up for the good of the game and the League along with extending your football knowledge and fitness, plus still getting to do this around normal game day commitments and make a few bucks.
Thank you to Onkas for reaching out early to advise.
Please be aware long-ongoing bridge works are still underway outside of the oval.
Traffic Management as much as possible to ease any potential traffic congestions.
Please allow a minimum extra 15 mins just in case.
In lieu of this, they have changed entry gates also, and we will be ALL entering via the CFS Shed Gate and all cars and patrons can enter there. It will then be
One way traffic around the oval back to the cricket nets where it is returned to a 2 way road around the tennis courts area.
The normal entry gate will be EXIT ONLY.
Extra parking is available at the Oakbank Area School if needed also.
They have reserved an area near Changerooms for Trainers vehicles.
Please be early, patient and respectful Devs, this is a long ongoing traffic management plan outside of Onkas control, and they have been very helpful and forthcoming in planning and communicating.
Congratulations to Maddi Nuss who has been allocated and performed her duties in the U12 Mixed Grand Final tonight as a first year umpire, doing so in the HFL. What an achievement
