50 SENIOR CLUB GAMES | HARRY MORBEY

50 SENIOR CLUB GAMES | HARRY MORBEY

A big congratulations to Harry Morbey who played his 50th senior game this weekend at Arkaba Oval against Lobethal.

Harry made his way through juniors as a star key forward, playing multiple stints at Sturt, he has since found a new home in defence, having played all 16 games in our A Grade’s backline so far for 2023.

A devil since under 8s, Harry has played in an astonishing 5 premierships at the devs, including the back to back under 18 premierships in 2019 and 2020, as well as last years B grade premiership.

Harry is well known around the club for his high flying ability on the field, and his uplifting demeanour off the field.

50 SENIOR GAMES | ANGUS WAUCHOPE

50 SENIOR GAMES | ANGUS WAUCHOPE

Congratulations to Angas “Chop” Wauchope who will play his 50th senior game for the Devils this weekend at Mt Barker Summit Oval.

Chop, who is a keen fisherman and 2x premiership player for the Devils, is known for his unwavering courage, unorthodox ball drop and his infamous helmet, all of which have led to him becoming a fan favourite at Arkaba Oval.

A strong one-on-one defender and great leader, this one club player has been with the Devils since under 10s, even captaining multiple junior sides. Chop has also consistently given back to the club, which was shown in 2021 where he coached the under 14s side.

Congrats on your 50th Angas! Give ‘em Hell mate ????
