Congratulations to Reed Steward who played his 50th senior game for the Devils this week in the Finals against Nairne.

The smiling assassin has ticked off a huge amount of achievements already.

After winning multiple junior flags, Reed developed his role in the senior ranks in the backlines, winning a Best and Fairest in his first season out of senior colts. He demonstrated great run, courage and maturity for his age in a winless tough season.

He possess incredible leadership qualities with a team first mentality which was noticed quickly bringing him into the leadership group of the B grade. Reed went on as a Vice Captain and then to Co-Captain the Devils to a B Grade Premiership, which makes him one of the youngest Premiership Captain in the club’s history at senior level.

A harsh critique of his own game he has continually improved in leaps and bounds developing into a main figure in the midfield playing group in 2023. A fantastic individual who we are lucky to have as a part of our football community.

Congratulations on your 50th Reed! Give ‘em Hell mate
